Kuipers Family Farm is about an hour west of the temple.
The date for our rescheduled apple picking event is October 9, which is at the beginning of Sukkot. Sukkot is a harvest holiday, which makes our gathering at a farm even more meaningful.
We will meet at the flagpole outside the apple orchard gate 10 AM for short a Sukkot event, then you can choose to go to the Orchard (for apple picking) or the Pumpkin Farm across the street (for a pumpkin and a FunFarm, with fall activities, including a corn maze).
Please purchase your own ticket(s). You can choose between apple-picking tickets, Pumpkin Farm tickets (which includes the FunFarm), and combo tickets which include both the apple orchard and the pumpkin farm and amusements. You can purchase tickets on arrival at the farm or save by purchasing tickets online. (There are substantial discounts for persons over 65 and the military, but those tickets are sold at the door only.)
We will meet at 10 AM, by the flagpole, which is outside the gate(s).
We will have more information as we get closer to the day; watch your email for updates.
