Bill Graham and the Rock & Roll Revolution Tour

Take an electrifying trip through the 1960s-1980s and learn about the extraordinary life and career of rock impresario Bill Graham, the Holocaust refugee who promoted countless music legends - including the Grateful Dead, Santana and Jimi Hendrix- and produced humanitarian concerts such as Live Aid to raise the consciousness of the world.

Our own Fran Ellstein, congregant and Holocaust Museum docent, will lead this tour on Sunday, October 22nd at 11:00am. Fran will lead congregants through the Bill Graham and The Rock & Roll Revolution. Participants will also have an opportunity to visit the Survivor Stories Theater which allows visitors to pose questions as well as follow-up questions with a three dimensional image of a Holocaust survivor.

Following the optional dairy box lunch Fran will lead the group through the Karkomi Permanent Exhibit. The entrance fee is $12.00 per person payable to West Suburban Temple Har Zion. The optional dairy box lunch is $11 per person. RSVP: temple office (708.366.9000) or
