We are very excited to offer this brand new family program for adults and for older kids (9 and up) with their parents... Karate! No experience in karate is required!

The classes are being taught by Har Zion member Mark Glochowsky. Mark is a registered International Traditional Karate Association (ITKA) karate instructor with many years of experience.

The classes began on Sunday, November 13, but you (and your child(ren)) will be able to enroll at any time, for the duration of the program.

You must register below, download the ITKA application / waiver / agreement, and bring the filled out form to your first session.

All children must be accompanied by an adult.
